What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return a product for a full refund. Please note that any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

How do I return a product?

To start a return, simply email community@mpowerd, and provide us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that we do not provide return labels, and you may choose any carrier of your preference to return your product(s) to the address below.

Can I cancel my order?

We get to work on your order to process it and ship it to you as soon as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel orders after they're placed. If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to return it for a refund since we cannot intercept shipments. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order. Please email community@mpowerd.com to check if cancelation is possible.

Do your products come under a warranty?

Yes. All of our products have a one-year warranty for manufacturing-related issues from the date of receipt. The warranty and return policy is available in full here. If a product needs to be replaced, MPOWERD is only able to ship replacements within the continental United States. If your product is still within the retailer's return/exchange period, please contact the retailer directly for assistance. How do I return a product?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your product(s). To start a return, simply email community@mpowerd, and provide us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that we do not provide return labels, and you may choose any carrier of your preference to return your product(s).

When can I expect my refund?

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product(s), but please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Once your refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It may take a few business days for the funds to be credited in your account, which will depend on your financial institution.
