    MPOWERD is looking for a qualified Supply Chain Associate to join our Product Development and Supply Chain team. Candidate will be responsible for duties such as coordinating sourcing & purchasing efforts, inbound freight, distribution, fulfillment, outbound shipments, new product development projects, competitive research and analysis, data analysis and reporting. Candidate must have understanding of project management, product development and supply chain management. S/he will learn about logistics and operations in the startup world, will gain experience and be part of a progressive and innovative solar company.


    • Monitor domestic & international shipments and ensure timely delivery
    • Coordinate day-to-day activities with our fulfilment facilities and small parcel carriers
    • Provide support for inquiries from cross-functional teams
    • Gather data to support analysis & reporting on the logistics supply chain
    • Conduct competitive and creative research for new product development
    • Coordinate project tasks and ensure deliverables to meet deadlines
    • Source new partners for new product lines
    • Generate ideas for business process improvements


    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, Product Development or any related fields
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Able to balance multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail
    • Must have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
    • Must have strong communication skills
    • Experience or knowledge of ERP/CRM software and Project Management tools a must.
    • Strong knowledge of G-Suite & Microsoft Office Suite products
    • Be available off work hours for occasional time sensitive deliverables for partners in different time zones

    Product Development Manager (New York, NY) Responsible for conducting financial analysis for product launch. Create value proposition and pricing strategy. Generate and analyze financial models of product lifecycle and manage product launch plans and access risks associated. Manage production facility risks, source new manufacturers and recommend new facilities. Calculate profit/loss and margins for existing and new products and set prices. Develop sustainable environmental-friendly products, packaging, and processes. Set goals and budget, and manage cost reduction of manufacturing and other organizational overheads. Develop and maintain status reports for the executive team and incorporate revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.


    • Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative field including engineering and finance and one year of experience in supply chain management.
    • Must have proficiency in planning and controlling inventory, design packaging structures, negotiating warehouse and freight forward contracts
    • Must have proficiency in planning optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment or frequency and creating policies and procedures for logistics activities.
    • Must have proficiency in establishing and monitoring supply chain based performance measurement systems.
    • Must have gained knowledge in Risk Management, Financial Modeling and Analysis (may be gained through education, training or experience).
    • Must have proficiency in ERP software, CRM software, Microsoft Office tools and computer aided design (CAD) software and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

    We have an immediate opening for a talented Junior Art Director/Designer to join our team full-time. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside world-class talent in a highly collaborative environment at one of the fastest growing tech companies in New York City.


    The ideal candidate is a nimble and creative team player interested in impact marketing. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Junior Art Designer supports the Marketing and Creative Team by creating visual concepts for social and digital media, assisting in website development, and designing and producing packaging for our products.


    •   Conceptualize and execute unique, innovative concepts and designs based on creative and business objectives including packaging, signage, visual merchandising, marketing collateral, direct mail, press events, advertising, etc.

    •   Work with Senior Art Director and Creative Director to develop conceptual, typographic, and photographic directions for all executions

    •   Assist Senior Art Director with the execution of design projects

    •   Assist in creative development and planning of photoshoots

    •   Develop a thorough understanding of product assortment, in-store context, and competitive environment to ensure the most effective design solutions

    •   Collect inspiration and research competition

    •   Set up and release packaging, advertising and collateral mechanicals as needed

    •   Perform pre-press as needed



    •  Undergraduate degree - preferably in Branding & Packaging and/or Graphic Design

    •  Portfolio of work

    •  2+ years of experience in design in top businesses or freelance

    •  Knowledge of UX/HTML

    •  Proficiency in a variety of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)


    •  Demonstrates a high level of tact and discretion in handling confidential projects

    •  Works efficiently and independently

    •  Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills

    •  Prioritizes and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    •  Understands process and follows direction to align with team
