Bring the Outside In
Reconnect with the outdoors during these unprecedented times. Spending all of our time inside is challenging - and necessary! - but you can still enjoy the outdoors during these times of social distancing without leaving your house. We’ve compiled a list of five ways to bring the outside in.
"Camp" in your living room
You don’t need to get all of your camping gear out to build a tent - a pillow fort works just as well! So get creative and unleash your inner child because you know what they say, you're never too old for a good old fashioned blanket fort.
Camp in your backyard
The Great Backyard is calling. Set up your tent in the backyard and enjoy a night under the stars with your loved ones. Plus, if you need to grab more marshmallows for s'mores, you can just pop back into the kitchen!
Take your mind outside with your favorite adventure book
Remember that book you've been meaning to read for a while now? It's time to put down your phone and pick up that book! Reading is a fun and stress releasing activity that can jog creativity and promote relaxation. So get in your comfies, grab your favorite book, and let your mind wander.
Picnic in the garden
Turn off Netflix, grab your housemates, and go outside for lunchtime in the fresh air. You’ll love it, we promise.
Get snug in your sleeping bag
Turn Netflix back on and watch your favorite movie in the comfort of your cozy campfire scented sleeping bag! Maybe throw in a couple of s'mores too. You can never have enough, right?!
